• The machine is suitable for continuous Pad Dry process of woven fabric,
• The machine consists of a vertical padding Mangle which is synchronized with a Hot Air drier.
• Different models are available for the production of 200,1500, 3000, 4200 & 6000 meters per day.
• Speed synchronization of padding mangle and Hot Air Chamber for continuous process
• Electrical heating /Gas Heating/steam Heating for generating Hot air
• Moving chain with clips and pins for Fabric Transportation
• Blowers for even distribution of hot air in the chamber
• Motorized adjustable working width from 600 mm to maximum Working Width in each model
• Digital control and readout for speed temperature and pressure
• Edge uncurled at the infeed of hot air chamber
• Fabric Centering device at the infeed
• Motorized fabric spreader scroll roller at in feed
• A heated chemical trough with a digital controller.
• Batching roller at entry and exit of Machine
